Scope
These terms cover your use of the D3 Mobility Solutions website and our rental application process. They do not cover the terms of an actual vehicle rental — those are set out separately in a signed rental agreement once you're approved.
Eligibility
You must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver's license to submit an application.
No Guarantee
Submitting an application does not guarantee vehicle availability or approval. Vehicles are offered subject to availability, and applications are evaluated individually.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current information in any form you submit to us, including your rental application. Submitting false information may disqualify your application.
Communications
By providing your phone number or email, you agree we may contact you about your inquiry or application. Message and data rates may apply.
Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided as-is, for informational purposes. D3 Mobility Solutions is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Texas law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
